Last updated 2 November 2026. This notice explains how Rosveq Labs Private Ltd handles data in finrs.ai.

What we hold

• Account details, such as your name and email address
• The business records your company enters or imports
• Technical logs needed to run and secure the service

How we use it

We use this data to provide the service, to support you and to keep the service secure. We do not sell it, and customer data is not used to train AI models.

Who processes it

finrs.ai runs on Google Cloud and Cloudflare. When you use the assistant, the relevant data is sent to AI models on those two platforms to answer you. Features you turn on, such as WhatsApp or payments, send data to those services.

How it is protected

Each company's data is held under its own encryption key, and changes are recorded.
