These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the finrs.ai website and business operating system (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

finrs.ai provides an integrated business operating system covering finance, sales, inventory, manufacturing, HR and related functions, including AI-assisted features. We may add, change or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and organization.
• You must be authorized to act on behalf of any organization you register.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: violating any law; infringing others' rights; uploading malware; attempting to gain unauthorized access; or interfering with the Service's operation or security.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate and provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Fees

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing presented at sign-up or in your order. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice for future billing periods.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and content (excluding your data), is owned by finrs.ai and its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or branding.

7. AI-generated output

AI features can produce inaccurate or incomplete results. Output is provided for your assistance only; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it for financial, legal, tax or other decisions.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, finrs.ai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, you may request export of your data subject to operational and legal limits.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a different governing law is agreed in writing. (Confirm with counsel for your jurisdiction.)

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
